the culprit must go!!!!!!!

So my roses start disappearing in various garden beds........stripped of there leaves.....
when it's drought I don't prune them............lost a pile in the 2002 drought when I was a bit slow realising the kangaroos were eating every new shoot they were putting out.......they all died......
remember in science plants NEED leaves to live!!!!
I hope they live this time.............
I got the "trail camera" out for the night vision and this is what I caught......
No only does he come in at about 1.30AM he is still here at about 4.30AM
This isn't the only rose he has found he has found all of them..............
Someone has got to go and it AIN'T me!!!!!!!!!!!
Could be a late night tonight...........
Catch you later

I know how you feel, I have a possom that is eating my favourite maganolia tree. I tried shaking a broom at him last night but it didn't really work, he just moved to another branch, in fact I think he was laughing at me. Good luck with your intruder.

I don't think you are the one needing luck in this relationship! Just a rose fancier....in more ways than one? I await the news....

Poor thing is just trying to find something to eat, but I suppose dining on your roses went a bit too far! I hope you manage to get rid of him and save your roses.

Can imagine you sitting on the back porch with a 22, guarding your roses. Hopefully you will catch some of this rain coming through our way and there will be some green pick for him/her instead!

I feel for you Chooky.... if it isn't the dry it is the side effects of the dry. We were very fortunate to get an inch of rain early in the week but know would know it had rained. I hope the heavens open up right over the top of you very soon!

Oh no your poor roses, yep he's gotta go, How are you going to do that?

So Chooky, do I hear a few kangaroo steaks coming your way. What a shame they are such pains. You would want really thorny roses so they feel it when they chew away.

Electric fence Chooky, saved mine.

I hope you win that battle. I like sandy's idea an electric fence.
